Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- At Quinta Três Marias Boutique Hotel, each reservation is prepared with attention to detail to provide our guests with an exclusive, personalized, and memorable experience. For this reason, we have adopted a clear and transparent cancellation and rescheduling policy, allowing us to balance the security of our guests with the organization of our accommodation availability.
Reservation Confirmation
The reservation will be confirmed upon advance payment of 50% of the total stay amount.
The remaining balance must be paid up to 7 (seven) days before the scheduled check-in date.
During high season, holidays, commemorative dates, special events, or specific reservations, full payment (100%) may be required at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested more than 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid.
For cancellations made between 30 (thirty) and 7 (seven) days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 (seven) days before the check-in date will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid.
Changes and Rescheduling
Requests for changes or rescheduling of reservations must be made at least 7 (seven) days before the scheduled check-in date and will be subject to accommodation availability.
Rescheduling, when approved, will be granted only once, and the new date will be considered final.
After the granted rescheduling has been used, there will be no right to further changes, new credits, refunds, or future rescheduling in the event of cancellation, withdrawal, or no-show.
No-Show
In the event of no-show on the reserved date, early departure, or withdrawal during the stay, the amounts paid will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered closed.
Final Considerations
Quinta Três Marias has a limited number of accommodations and works with exclusive reservations. Each reserved period represents the blocking of availability for other guests, which is why we appreciate your understanding and respect for the conditions established herein.
By making a reservation, the guest declares that they are aware of and agree with this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
